These terms cover the Budgie Audio website, account system, software downloads and updates, product licensing, device management, cloud features, and support. Features, system requirements, prices, and availability are those shown on the relevant product, checkout, or account page at the time.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information and an email address you can access. Keep your password and signed-in devices secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact hello@budgieaudio.com.
3. Software license and devices
After purchase or while an eligible trial is active, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the software. Budgie Audio and its licensors retain ownership and intellectual-property rights. The account page shows the applicable products, license period, and device allowance.
Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not resell or rent the software, share activation credentials, bypass licensing, reverse engineer or crack the software, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.
4. Third-party content
Some features work with third-party plug-ins, host applications, payment services, or external websites. Their owners are responsible for those products, which are subject to their own licenses and terms. You must have the rights required to use any audio, plug-ins, presets, and other material you add to the service.
5. Purchases, trials, and refunds
Before payment, checkout shows the product, currency, amount, and available payment method. The displayed payment provider processes the transaction. Digital products are normally delivered through an account license, activation code, or download access.
Product and account pages show current trial eligibility, duration, and scope. Refunds, cancellations, and consumer rights are handled according to the transaction information and applicable law.
